The "CRM Manager" is the central location where you will maintain profiles of all your customers and prospects. Profiles can be added manually or they can be created by web form submissions.
By customizing the appropriate forms, you can adjust what information you want to track about your clients:
The main interface include an "Alpha Filer" that allows you to filter the records based on the last name. This is configurable. The "Toggle Search" option opens an advanced search where you can perform searches on any desired field. The "Add New" option will add a new profile. And lastly, the "Navigation" area allows you to page through the records.
